This code of ethics embodies the commitment of Brownstone Companies Inc. and it’s subsidiaries to conduct our business in a professional and ethical way in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. All Board of Directors, officers, employees and subcontractors are expected to adhere to these principles and procedures set forth in this code that applies to them.

BCI and its directors, officers, employees and subcontractors will endeavor to deal fairly with all customers, suppliers, vendors and all others they encounter in the course of business.

Illegal or Unethical Behavior – Reporting of

 

Directors, officers, employees and subcontractors are required to report any suspected or actual illegal or unethical activity related to business immediately. Such activity should be reported to the corporate office without delay.

Intellectual Property

 

BCI and its directors, officers, employees and subcontractors understand the importance and privilege associated with intellectual property and take appropriate action to protect intellectual property owned by BCI and its clients.

Proper Use of, and Protection of, Company Property

 

all directors, officers, employees and subcontractors will take proper precautions to protect BCI assets and ensure legitimate, proper and efficient use of such assets.
